They don't answer the window half the time when it's late
This location never has it together. Several occasions I have ordered for curb side and waited 30 minutes past the pick up time, only to have to go in and get it myself. They do not pay attention. Avoid this location at all costs. There are several others locations in the area and their service is exceptional. The service just gets worse. I actually saw the cashier roll her eyes at an elderly lady rather than actually helping her. When I got my food it was a rock hard burned biscuit. They replaced the moldy ceiling tiles. Manager was very nice and friendly.
