I hired this window cleaning company expecting a complete and professional job, but it was a major letdown. While the glass was cleaned, they completely ignored the inside tracks. When I asked about it, Travis told me it would cost an extra $5 per window — bringing the total to $21 per window, which is ridiculous for something that should be part of the standard service.
