This is a small dealership that is worth checking out. I worked with Bill Henderson and he was very nice and helpful. I ended up buying a car and I am really happy with it and feel like the price was very fair. :)
Lynn was great! Friendly folks! Button has been in Kokomo a long time for a reason. We’ve bought cars there for generations! Excellent response times. I ended up not buying the car I went to look at, but they were awesome, and no pressure at all.
Great experience
I contacted the dealership and they did contact me the next day. However they did let me know there was an item that needed replaced. It’s been 5 days now and I’ve not heard from them again.
Great communication, car turned out to have issues and dealer called to let us know and saved us a 2.5 hr drive.
Drove to dealer only to find out they sold the truck 2 days earlier. Would have been nice to have been contacted
Very nice helpful in our vehicle search we didn’t purchase a vehicle from them but they were very responsive to all our guestions
Replied once to have me apply for financing over the phone. Never got back to me after repeated attempts. I had to wait about a week to get a letter from a bank refusing financing. Frustrating and humiliating. I might have gotten a co-signer or put more down if given the chance. Would not reccomend!
Very friendly and honest. Gave a realistic description of the vehicle and was willing to work with me on time to test drive if I so desired.
