I spent an entire day trying to call and book an X-ray appointment, and at one point I was on hold for nearly 30 minutes with no answer. It’s very frustrating when there is no response, especially when trying to arrange important medical imaging. I hope they improve their phone service and availability.
This was a nice warm place to be in. Treated me with care and were really kind.
It was my first time getting an ultrasound at this location. The process was very easy and straightforward. Less than a minute after registering, I was called in for the test. The Ultrasound Technologist was very nice and greeted me when I entered the exam room. During the ultrasound, I felt comfortable, there was just a bit of pressure (it was my first time having an ultrasound), but it was totally manageable. The procedure didn’t take long, so I was able to go back home before noon. Great experience!
