I’ve done my x-ray in this location by walk-in with family doctor’s note. It only took around 10 mins to wait, and extremely satisfied with staff’s service. I would definitely come back for this location in case if I need to do x-ray or ultrasound in future
Went there on Friday for an ultrasound and finished within 30 mins. The receptionist was nice and the technician was alright. Quick and easy service.
I am writing to express my deep concern regarding an experience my son and I had at the WH X-ray Clinic, which left us both feeling deeply uncomfortable and disheartened. While waiting at the reception area for my son’s X-ray, I observed behavior that appeared dismissive and disrespectful. It's interesting that all hospitals, clinics, and medical service companies rarely score above 3 on GOOGLE. Personally I had a great experience. I needed an x-ray and ultrasound, the receptionist was super helpful, arranged for an appointment and received both services the same day. Come at least 20 mins early and all will be good. Thanks for the help! Will not hesitate to return!
My Wife goes there for an ultrasound. It’s her second visit to complete the scans and We are so excited we think we are finding out the gender to our child today. Sadly the techs were rude and unhelpful. Last time we were here they worked with us let my wife walk around eat a cookie come back to get better and clear shots. Now that they have completed the scans they still can’t tell us what our babies gender is.
