Terrible experience with this practice! First off, I received a call stating that I couldn’t schedule an appointment because I had visited an eye doctor within the past year. The issue is, I haven’t seen an eye doctor in over 9 years! After a lot of back and forth, it turns out they had contacted the wrong patient. This could be a HIPAA violation, which is extremely concerning. To make matters worse, they then started asking for my family’s and my personal social security numbers. The staff was very helpful in getting me a price, and helping me get my contacts in and out for the first time. They were patient with me and the Dr. was very supportive of my desire to want contacts for the first time. Amazing team!
