Dr. Pope and her staff were so patient with our 5 year old, I was so happy with our visit!
Thorough and was fast and friendly.
I had an eye exam and everything went well. However, I went to order glasses online and needed my perennial distance, so I called to obtain that information and was told that that was something that I had to request at the time I booked. They don’t keep that information on file is what I was told by the service representative and then she further went to explain that they couldn’t do anything about it and basically I had to figure out how to get that information myself since I’m ordering my glasses Now I find it very strange... read more
