I am a regular customer. The masseuses always go out of their way to understand what I need and are very professional.
I highly recommend this massage place. It’s clean and beautiful, and everyone here is great. For over a year, I’ve been coming almost every three weeks. I’ve tried many different massage therapists—they’re all excellent—but I still prefer Sri. I always give a $20 tip. Absolutely worth it.
I give two stars because I received a massage and for the time requested. I knock off stars because: 1. Masseuse, I think her name was Sri, was annoyed and argued with me when I said I needed to pay with a card, even after I said I was ok paying the CC surcharge. She wanted me to pay in cash. She then charged me before giving the massage. 2. Masseuse ignored me or didn't understand when I said I needed work done on my back, neck and shoulders because they hurt.
