I was 15 minutes late for my appointment and Christina the Hygienist still saw me! She took the time to answer my questions, and was very patient with me even though I’m sure I set her behind with her schedule. She was very thorough with cleaning my teeth And she made me feel very comfortable.I can’t remember a time where I was not nervous being at the dentist! Poor communication regarding services and billing. They cancelled my appointments a few times and didn't call to reschedule. Really downhill in the last year or so with customer service and communication. Disappointing. I've called them for months regarding a charge that was made to me in error and I could never get an answer. I was just told someone would call me back and no one ever did it.
