I don't know who says this company is ok. They have 40K of our money and not returning phone calls. There phone doesn't even work most of the time. i would give them zero stars, just not sure that would save.
Do NOT use this management company. They do not respond to your tenants in a timely fashion, do not promptly address damage to the apartment when it's reported leading to more damage, and do not pay their rent draws on time. We have now terminated them and they refuse to respond to us or pay our final rent draw. AVOID!
