I was extremely taken back by the service or lack of service I received at this location today, I arrived just after 6 p.m. wanting to add my new car to my plan and I was treated rather rudely and told it couldn't happen because it was 6, however on the door they said that they close at 7. I did ask to speak to the management and I was told that he is the manager and that he would give me the email of the owner, I never received the email from the owner he told me I would have to call back tomorrow. Lost my fathers keys! Offered no help what so over to replace the keys in which wetzone employees were the last ones with the missing keys! A week later and still no resolution!!!!
I enjoy taking my car to this car wash. They do an excellent job cleaning in and out. Will definitely continue to take my vehicle to get cleaned with Wetzone Car Wash.
