My car still looked dirty and they didn’t care too do anything about it I’ve been here many times and I’ve never had a problem till today their understanding and customer service is as bad as they left my vehicle “dirty” So for that reason I do not recommend
RecommendedSubscribed on their website, and got a half off coupon for my birthday! been 3 days and still looks like it just got washed 😍 did the 30$ Wax service for 15$ loved it, and the staff! Was my first time so the guy walked me through it. Def will be going back!!!😊

Spent $289.99 here and the sorry excuse I just got due to a fault on wetzone car wash is absolutely sad! I got the showroom package. Didn’t ask questions about the added fees. I just wanted my car clean and done right. Picked it up after 5 hours and it was dark so I didn’t notice anything til this morning. Go out to check the amp. It’s sitting on soaking wet carpet. Issues with a broken piece the workers broke off allowing the seat to be broken. No way to replace the broken plastic piece so it needs to be replaced. I’ve personally talked to the manager on W. Tidwell and in Spring. They refuse to pay to fix the broken seat on my car. I brought this to their attention and they asked me of the ladies if she broke it. She told them “No!”.
