What took me soooooo long? My son finally talked me into signing up with Wetzone for car washes. I had been with Blue Wave Express for 4 years. On the first wash I am sold, the best in Spring! It gets ***** from me. Thanks Wetzone.
I had my first experience with Wetzone carwash today referred by my sister. It was a great experience and I was very pleased with my car. I got a wax job done and they did a great job. Shout out to upper management for providing me great customer service with my mishap. They went above and beyond to assure me that my car would be well taken care of. I like the staff and I liked how diligently they worked on my car. Well done and I will be back. Sincerly a pleased customer!
I was there for the Hand Wax special the other day. I only had time to walk in sit down, get up, use the restroom, and sat down and they told me it was done. Wow! Don't think I got what I paid for. I just paid $25+ a wash for the 5 minute job.
Visited this location based on the reviews. I am an active duty service member on leave for my children’s spring break. I purchased the express detail package. After waiting a full 2 hours and 11 minutes i was shocked at the fact that the whole undercarriage of the car was filthy. Mirrors were dirty, looked like nobody even touched the back of the car or the roof for that matter. Still trying to figure out what they were doing for 2 hours. Will not be returning.
Not bad...real nice job, selection of full and self-service. Friendly staff and attention to detail! Will be returning with my vehicles
