Had a recall on my dodge. Called to make an appointment with the service advisor multiple times Thursday and Friday of last week and Monday and Tuesday this week. Left several voice mails. Yet no answer or return calls. The customer service is at the bottom of the toilet with this dealership. I'll drive to Eaton or new castle before I ever go back to wetzel dodge.

Ok I want to say first and formost, I shopped around for a week after my roll over accident that totaled my last car, were chrysler was my first and last stop. I was in a tight spot and if it was not for Art and Cory from Wetzel Chrysler I would not have a new vehicle. They where the only ones that where able to secure me new financing with my current situation and I would recommend any one give them a chance to help you.
