I wanted to purchase a newer Used Jeep Patriot. I didn't want to travel around searching- the good folks at Wetzel purchased the Jeep, had it delivered to Richmond & I couldn't be Happier! had a Dodge Journey that was giving me transmission troubles and pulled into Wetzel to have them check it out real quick. I'm out of town and 2 hours away from home and the service manager refused to have a look at it. He also refused to offer any other options to help me. I would never recommend going here as they're about the most useless car company I've ever dealt with
