Extremely disapointed with our first Wetzel experience. We purchased a used vehicle from Wetzel Chevy and it was in their service department for 2 of the first 3 months we owned the vehicle. Dealership response was poor. We were told that they would replace the vehicle then we are expected to put another down payment on the new car. You guy's drop the ball we drop are car off at the body shop over a month ago after we was rear ended we went today 01/28/2014 to pick up are car I look over the car the car still had glass it the back window the 3rd break light look like the dust from the body work was not cleaned up the inside panels in the back window were all scratched up the left side back moulding has a defect in it so not too in pressed with the service we got
