Afterwards one of the customer service men said the tech found that my rear brake pads was worn down to two cm and needed replaced, etc. My car is six yo so I thought it made sense, therefore, I made an appointment for today. Terrible customer service. I applied with a sales associate and he wouldn't return my calls after he kept emailing me asking if I was still interested. I kept asking for someone only to be told someone would be calling me. That never happened. When I try to ask now I get ignored.

Low ball trades on perfect running Vehicles and in great shape. Repeatedly asked for the price of a new truck never got the price till the 10th time, kept on asking to check my credit score before appraising both of my vehicles and price of the truck maybe hoping I just go with it. So if you have a nice running truck or a vehicle I wouldn’t recommend going to Wetzel Chevrolet they will lowball your trade in.

Thanks guys for taking care of all my Chevy Terrain problems. The guys in the Chevy service and repair have kept me from losing my mind. Bought the Terrain and it’s been in repair 4 x’s . Haven’t even made the 2nd payments when I started having problems. But the guys are awesome help
