Dr. Phandis and her team did an excellent job with my first appointment and the X-rays with very cool technology. They were able to explain how they will help me right away and also in the future with the rest of my mouth repairs.
I recently injured my two front teeth and bottom lip in a fall. My dental office was closed and I found that Wethersfield Dental Group took emergencies. When I went there, everyone was friendly, kind and helpful. Dr. Phadnis checked me out and gave me an antiseptic mouthwash and a prescription for an antibiotic. Staff was very friendly and Dr. explained me in details about my treatment
This was by far the worst and shadiest dental experience I have ever had. I drove an hour to the Hartford location to see Dr. Ukti Phadnis for severe jaw pain. I made this appointment a week in advance because she was the only dentist whose availability worked with my schedule on short notice. I wonder why. Their billing department overcharged me by $255 dollars and were holding onto the reimbursement from my insurance company. Then when I asked for it back they tried to undercut me for $141. They are crooked and I will not be going back.
