Great Property Management! – I've been renting from this family run business for 4 years now. Everyone in the office is courteous and helpful. They really care about their tenants. Recently, I needed a new dishwasher and they had it delivered and installed the next day! If you need anything, call Karen. She's great!!

I wouldnt rent from them! – NO stars are deserved. I would never reccomend renting from these people. Unless you LIKE being taken for your hard earned money. We moved into the rental we found. Things seemed to be going great, our move in was quite painless and quick. It was a nice property, however was a bit outdated and was not painted upon move in. SO SHADY – I wouldn't even give them one star. THey probably wrote the good reviews themselves. They are handling rental properties in a very very sketchy manner. THey list properties then when you call them they say they are sold, but they are still being posted on craigslist and their own website. I wouldn't give this guy my deposit.

Stay Far away from them – Stay FAR FAR away from Steve and his company. The worst management company ever. They are untrustworthy, they are liars and they DO NOT respond to e-mails or return phone calls.

Avoid this propery management – We just moved out of the property rented by this management and our experience with them was horrible. They are very unprofessional, repairs don't get done on time and when they do get done, they don't get done properly. They are too busy to do their job properly. The owner want to let you know who is in charge. If you already live in one of their properties, make sure you document everything. Property Managers That Care About Their Renters – I'm currently renting from Wethergage Management and I have only positive things to say about the company as well as Steve Wetherbee, the owner. Steve was always available to see properties when I was looking for a place to live. Their rental rates were very competitive too. Postive review for Wethergage Mangement – I only joined this site to comment on Wethergage Property Management. My roommate and I rented a house managed by Steve Wetherby for two years, up until just a few months ago, and it was a 100 percent positive experience. We had plumbing repairs twice at the house which were handled in a timely manner, and there were serious problems with the pool at our rental, which Wethergage kept after until the entire pool was finally completely resurfaced and the pump and other mechanical parts... read more
