If I could give this place minus stars I would. It is 11 pm on November 25 and I received a phone call from the Rochester police dept that my dog was found in downtown Rochester. My dog was Supposed to be boarding at wet noses Wednesday through Sunday! WTH????? I am 5 hours away. No one has called me from Wet Noses so did they even know my dog is missing from their care? How long has she been on the loose??? Do not board your dog here.
I have brought my dogs Maggie and Guinness and now Shandy and Guinness to Wet Noses for 2 days a week over 5 years, the happiness and excitement they show as we approach is natural and real. No leash required as they run into see Ron and receive kisses and "big boy" scratches in the morning! All of the staff are kind and dog experts. Especially Kristen. We like Wet Noses! But more importantly, our Schnoodle likes it. Glad our little old dog has a 'small dog' group to play with. Too much fun.
My Clementine loves, loves, loves being at Wet Noses. For about four years I've been taking her there for half days of play and up to two weeks. She's always been well taken care of.
I have been boarding my German Shepherd- Boulder at Wet Noses for years . The staff cares about him and gives him superb care. Boulder strains to get out of the truck to run inside and play and we vacation without ever worrying about our dog.
My dogs have never been boarded or gone to day care, so I was anxious. But being able to watch them on the monitor gave me peace of mind. Upon pickup, both dogs were tired and wet from all the play slobber. We'll definitely be back!! 🐶👍🏻❤️
It was our first time boarding and they assured me my dogs would be fine. They sent pictures of my dogs playing and gettin along with the other dogs, while I was on vacation. They knew how nervous I was and kept me posted the entire time I was gone. I would definitely use them again.
I am so very sorry I put my dog through this experience. She has not been the same since she returned from a 5-day stay. We have boarded our dog at other facilities while we are on vacation and she has always come back exactly as she left - a very happy and playful puppy. On her return from this place, she is timid, shy, sad, and absolutely not the same dog. In addition, she lost a couple pounds at this facility.
