I have been boarding my dog a this facility for a few years no whenever I am out of town. He is quite happy go in and spend a few days with the other dogs. Whenever I come to pick him up, he looks like he's played a lot and when we get back home he takes a long nap. Once we had a family emergency and I had to leave the country as soon as possible and the owners were very understanding. I was able to drop off my dog without a hassle and could deal with the payment after I had gotten back. My only concerns are that when I get ... read more

We've taken Roscoe to four play dates so far, and he loves it. He would like to go every day. We know this because he marches up to the door and wiggles and stamps and gives us a pleading look. He's always tired when we pick him up. I deeply appreciate Ron for letting me drop him off early on the three days a month that I have to work in Detroit. About one month ago my family and I went on a vacation to the Bahamas. We met this most beautiful dog while we were there and formed an incredible bond with him. When we went home we could not forget about him. So my parents and I started a GoFundMe page to go back down to the Bahamas and rescue him. Last week my mom and I went down there and rescued him. My labradoodle loves wet noses. She runs in the door when I get there. She comes home tired from playing all day. I’ve boarded her there also and was very happy with her care.

By best advice: AVOID - They don’t provide report cards or any recap of how your dog did. - The place is dirty and unclean. It smells like urine and feces. Your dog WILL come home and need a bath, promptly. - I never actually saw my dog in the play pens. Every time we picked him up, he was in the back crated area. I have a hunch that they don’t give the dogs as much “free time” as they let on. - The staff are wildly unfit to care for dogs. They lack the experience and knowledge to deal with any situation. I would highly recommend you take your dog somewhere else. We had multiple issues with our dog being injured, food missing and him not being fed to the specific plan we left with them.
