About one month ago my family and I went on a vacation to the Bahamas. We met this most beautiful dog while we were there and formed an incredible bond with him. My labradoodle loves wet noses. She runs in the door when I get there. She comes home tired from playing all day. I’ve boarded her there also and was very happy with her care.
I would highly recommend you take your dog somewhere else. We had multiple issues with our dog being injured, food missing and him not being fed to the specific plan we left with them.
If I could give this place minus stars I would. It is 11 pm on November 25 and I received a phone call from the Rochester police dept that my dog was found in downtown Rochester. My dog was Supposed to be boarding at wet noses Wednesday through Sunday! WTH????? I am 5 hours away. No one has called me from Wet Noses so did they even know my dog is missing from their care? How long has she been on the loose??? Do not board your dog here.
I have brought my dogs Maggie and Guinness and now Shandy and Guinness to Wet Noses for 2 days a week over 5 years, the happiness and excitement they show as we approach is natural and real. No leash required as they run into see Ron and receive kisses and "big boy" scratches in the morning! All of the staff are kind and dog experts. Especially Kristen.
