The WETMONKEY is a total RIP OFF !!!! Everything was fine when they approved my credit card and rental. The next day they were 2 hours late, no one answered the phone when I called. They were very rude and became threatening to the point that I felt it better to stand down before they got physical. My wife and children were present at this time. We've rented from another company in Havasu and had a horrible experience so needless to say I was leary to rent a boat again. My husband said to give another company a chance so we did. Wet Monkey was great and I'm so glad we rented from them!! The owners are great and the pontoon we rented ran good and looked good! I'm the kind of person who reads reviews before I give someone my business so if you're ever in Havasu and need a boat rental give Wet Monkey a try..they'll take care of you!!!
Hey wet monkey! We had a great time in lake havasu--Kevin was the best driver! He was on time every day to pick us up--We came in late on friday and he still let us take the boat out . I have tried several other boat companies in that area and I wouldnt go back to any except wet monkey. Dont go to Fun Time-they ripped me off my whole deposit for a prop!!!!!! Wet monkey powersports ripped me off. They did not show up at the agreed upon pick up location at the time they were supposed to. When I tried to call there was no answer at either number provided to me. I left a message and did not hear back until the following day. They finally picked the boat up the following day after several phone calls by me.
