Poor business management. Poor quality service. I always leave feeling so disappointed and frustrated. Thought I'd give them another chance but it was just a reminder of why I stopped going there in the first place. Won't be back.
I’ve been coming to Westwood Nails since this place opened. But today was the shortest and worst pedicure of my experience. Literally was done in 20mins. The scrub was not cleaned properly from the legs and I had to tell Leah while she was putting lotion on. It was rushed and I told her but she told me don’t come on weekends because we have to finish in 25 mins. Well, why did you schedule me when you did not have enough time to give a customer. I have given this place 2 tries to get it right and both times I was disappointed. I went there first by myself and ended up with a fungus on my toenail the first time. I’ve gotten hundreds of pedicures and this has never happened to me. Second time I took my daughters with me and my daughter’s shellac peeled back on the second day after getting it done. It only gets 2 stars because it’s big and clean inside
Busy but they manage clients really well!
