I used to live in this apartment complex and had a pretty mixed experience. The location is great—super close to the 405, UCLA, and a bunch of shopping spots. The place itself was quiet, and most of the neighbors were working professionals. I never had to deal with noise or late-night parties. Rent was decent, though the deposit was a bit steep. This is my third building that I’ve lived in for this landlord and I have to say it’s the best one so far. Natalia, the manager is very personable, very friendly and very professional. My unit was completely renovated and delivered to me before the promised date which I was most appreciative for. Her assistant Xena is quite friendly and maintenance man Constantine is always visible around the property taking care of it. The landscaping always adds to great curb appeal. This is a horrible place honestly I was here for 10 minutes and I can feel the ambience I never care when someone is racist or aggressive I always try to ignore this tape of people but today I can't the old lady on the office was screaming at me for something that I didn't know this is unacceptable especially coming from a management or owner please stay away from this horrible building.
Been living here for a long time, unfortunately due to mismanagement, so many good people left. Now people that move in always smoke and violate non smoking rules and management do not do anything about it.
Super bad management … elevator always doesn’t work … add all weekend no hot water … four quality service ….
