Nina Arcilla made searching for a winter apartment for my employer incredibly easy — she understood our needs right away, was quick to respond, and patiently guided me through the whole process as I coordinated the rental remotely on his behalf. Great building and property manager! I stayed here for 2 years in 2 separate units, a studio and a 1 BR. I did not have a single issue during my stay. All maintenance requests were handled within 24 hours, and the property manager Nina was extremely responsive and always with a smile on her face. Move-in and move/out was very smooth, and the holding deposit refund is also expedited if everything is in place. No complaints!
Solid spot to live. I’ve lived here for a year now. Location is great since there’s a park nearby for running. Property Manager Nina is easy to get along with. Going on my second year and no complaints so far.
We truly appreciated our time here, and Nina has been a wonderful manager. She is very responsive, dedicated, and committed, and she keeps the building—including the gym, sauna, and pool—very clean. The neighbors are very respectful as well.
