Solid spot to live. I’ve lived here for a year now. Location is great since there’s a park nearby for running. Property Manager Nina is easy to get along with. Going on my second year and no complaints so far.
We truly appreciated our time here, and Nina has been a wonderful manager. She is very responsive, dedicated, and committed, and she keeps the building—including the gym, sauna, and pool—very clean. The neighbors are very respectful as well.

I live on the second floor, and the third is the top floor. I can’t sleep at night because I can hear and literally feel every single step my neighbor takes. It’s horrible and completely unacceptable for a “luxury” unit. For the price the ceiling and walls are very thin. I have been living with this problem for over a month and the property manager has done absolutely NOTHING to alleviate the problem, aside from talking with the upstairs neighbor twice and reminding me to listen to brown noise.
