I wanted to give this place a 2.5 stars, but I'm going to round down. This place is definitely not bad. It is reasonably priced for what you get, it allows pets (which seems fairly rare in this area), it's located in a nice area, and there is a large field nearby that is semi-maintained. Unfortunately, there are plenty of shortcomings as well. The appliances are very old, some of which I can't imagine are less than 20 years old or more.
