Karishma helped me to set up Laundry machine and service was excellent, Avenue Living is great company and we are happy to rent with them.
Corridors and common areas smell as if people have been smoking indoors. Cameras and strict monitoring/warning is required to manage this problem. Also, steam cleaning of common areas carpet/floor is required more frequently to make the pet smells disappear. These changes will make the overall experience a pleasant one. Nobody has contacted me for any of the maintenance I called for? I assumed there was an issue on the company side. Broken handle on kitchen sink among many other things. Getting a buzzer at the door (my apartment number is not listed, so all deliveries are difficult as they think they’re at the wrong address, can’t contact me etc) I’ve noticed a theme of contacting customer service, however this is the number you contact for maintenance..
