I went to these apartments at the end of July to apply. I told them beforehand that I was looking for apartments for September. They said it would be perfect. They made me fill out and pay for the application. A few days later, they told me I had to move in NOW. I told them my application was for September, not two months before. They told me they would cancel my application and I would lose the money I paid. I emailed, called, and went to speak to them in person, but they didn't refund my money. Maintenance came to check the carpet I request to be removed but nothing was done. No one contacted me to see what the decision to help me was going to go be. Carpet has a lot of stain since I moved in.
