Dr. Radhi and her staff were absolutely the most efficient and friendly operation I have ever come across in BC's medical industry. I showed up 10 minutes early, was seen immediately to the examination room, and completed my exam with additional questions and concerns answered, leaving the office 20 minutes after my appointment start time. I felt genuinely cared for even though they are not my family physician and had never seen me before. What a breath of fresh air. Thank you Dr. Radhi!
I've only good things to say. The staff have always treated me very well. The ladies at the front desk are polite and pleasant to deal with, even when they are obviously very busy, and I've always found my Dr, Dr Unterschultz, to be helpful, understanding, and empathetic. I'm very grateful to be a patient of the clinic.
