As this facility is the ONLY handicapped accessible AFFORDABLE apartment complex in the city of Saratgoa Springs per the Saratoga Springs Housing Authority; this complex and the City of Saratoga Springs , in my opinion as a disabled person is guilty of DE FACTO DESCRIMINATION AGAINST THE DISABLED.
