I usually visit Wellstar for urgent care, but I happened to be across the street experiencing a severe eczema flare and decided to give this clinic a try. They won’t give you an IV if you’re pregnant because they “aren’t sure” if it’s safe and still attempt to bill you. Which will be contested.
Quite possibly the most miserable billing process - I have requested a copy of my bill on 15 occasions yet their team just called threatening collections. The company changed billing companies since my initial appointment as such my email requests remaining unanswered checks out coupled with the threat of collections. Additionally, the initial invoice was not submitted to insurance.
