I have lived here 10 years, the staff are willing and helpful and also courteous and I can't fault the environment or maintenance, as it should be since the rents (which are regularly raised each year in an amount far in excess of the cost of living index) are the highest in this area. That being said, it's a lovely place to live; however, my review would have been better if not for the elevator problem, which is in need of a major overhaul.
