I have been calling for the past week to file a complaint for one of their properties and they never answer their phones. I have left 3 voicemails and they do not call back. It’s very unprofessional and their leasing office at Adagio at South Coast is as bad as Corporate.

This place is horrible, heartless, and completely not worth the added stress and inconvenience that they will put you through. They don't give the legally mandated notice of entry for repairs, they do not consistently tell tenants when there will be construction on the premises, and they ignore noise complaints that are after quiet hours. I have had three to four leaks in my apartment so far and I've only lived here just over 6 months. I was an employee at Westside Terrace for 4 years & a resident, I can give you 100% honest feedback from my time helping the residents and my time being one. I'll also rank the property managers on a scale from one to five, and list some of their most heinous and illegal acts.
