We absolutely LOVE our doctor, but always cringe a little when we have to call the front desk. Maybe its just a medical office thing, but the rudeness we've experienced is pretty unacceptable. Again, the doctors are wonderful, and thats what matters. Its just difficult because we are calling in and feeling vulnerable, calling about medical issues about our child, and have been treated rudely each of the few times we've called in. Hopefully this improves!
This is so overdo! Dr. Kagan is THE BEST. And my husband and I often credit our getting through the first year as new parents to Dr Kagan and his team. We left LA three years ago, but Dr. Kagan was our son’s pediatrician for the first four years of his life. As first time parents with no family in LA, we couldn’t have done it without Dr Kagan. He is so nice and takes his time getting to know his patients ...he also makes sure he answers all your questions I do recommend this doctor
