Terrible customer service from office manager, and unknowledgeable staff. Me and my family have been patients for over 10 years and I will never give them my business again.
I went here about a year ago. They didn't bill my insurance at all so I'm I still dealing with a bill that has gone to collections since they don't know how to do their job. I went to take my 7 year old tonight that has been very sick for three days and I was refused service since I can't afford to pay $400 right now. Not even offered to set up payment plans. Such a line of crap. Refusing to help a child because of your own billing mistakes.
I have been going to Westside Medical for over 10 years and will continue to go. Dr. Drescher is the best doctor ever. I couldn’t ask for a better doctor. Every one there is always polite and positive every time I come in. Thank you Westside Medical for making every visit a great one.
Urgent care is not very urgent and the woman at the desk was very unfriendly.
