I go to Westside, because my doctor is there. His staff is amazing, but the front desk people are AWFUL. They are unfriendly, they don't smile. They need to get some people in there that remember, people are coming in because they are sick. I'm not sure who I need to complain to, but someone needs to know what a terrible representation of the clinic these ladies are, ESPECIALLY the young one, with the long dark hair. 🤦
Horrible wait. Almost 2 hrs just to get prescription filled. Lobby is empty too. Will not be coming back.
since the move to Tanner Clinic they have gone from a friendly efficient clinic to a very poor customer service. what used to be a 5 minute wait is now over an hour. Go back to caring about your patients and not your bottom line.
