Thie comapny is worst Home Helath agecny. They do not pay visits for nurse on tiem, I still haveent paid Dec21-Jan 2022 paycheck. i will file the legal action on it. The owner Daizy Keren, she is lying all the time for not pay paycheck ALL NURSES DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY
I had the worst experience with this agency They did not pay me for a home visit that I signed up to do over 3 weeks ago. This agency is not worth the headaches Don’t work for them
I am only giving 3 stars because although the nurses and therapists are wonderful, the communication between the office staff, workers and patience deserves NO STARS. Our therapist is wonderful she shows up on time and if something comes up she lets us know. The nurse we have finally took my phone number and now calls if he is going to be late or to ask if we can change a time or day. I love Westside home health, they have some great nurses. The nurse that comes to see me his name is James he's awesome. The LVN, the RN's are awesome too. and the office staff nice as nice can be.
