Westside is so unprofessional from the HR down to the staff when I say unprofessional as in they don't do their job right and always having bad attitude towards others
Very unprofessional and staff unfocused and not following protocol. Nurses be ignoring client complaints etc
Waiting for a call from the person who said he would call me back. Not being able to talk to my brother is bad enough but the fact that I'm being brushed off is very unprofessional of him.
