This location is terrible. I’ve been here, the Bear and the Middletown location and this one is by far the worst. Every time I go I make an appointment and am not seen for 25+ minutes. What is the point of making an appointment?! Today I had an appointment to get help for my mental health and waited over 35 mins before canceling and leaving. Way to be there for your patients. Not to mention they want you to arrive 15 mins early so you can wait longer, but if you are late to your appointment they can reschedule you. Awful. Th... read more
