Dr. Ortiz is the most caring doctor I've seen in years. She answers your questions with patience and care. She is awesome, and I would recommend her services to anyone needing professional eye care.
The doctor here is wonderful. Extremely thorough and very knowledgeable. What keeps this from being 5 stars is their prices. The lenses are just insanely priced and I never leave without paying less than $500 out of pocket even with insurance which is just kind of insane. No lenses for reading glasses should cost $800. Will probably keep me from coming back next year which is a shame.
Dr. Ortiz and staff are wonderful! Appointments are timely, they've been so helpful and patient with a tween learning to wear contacts, and they see children- a huge plus!
All the reviews of Dr. Ortiz being a fantastic doctor are accurate and I would recommend this facility! I just think if you have an anxiety disorder like me it might be good to have someone with you to speak up on your behalf so she knows what you want. I had trouble insisting on discussing the option of daily contacts. I didn’t get that type prescribed last time so I went a year without ordering contacts.
