The exam went well. However, when the dentist identified 3 mi or cavities, he never made an attempt to fill them or schedule another appointment. I would have liked the estimated cost of filling the cavities. I assume this is because he knew I was a groupon client and assumed I couldn't afford filling the cavities anyway. I felt quickly dismissed.
The staff is very nice and helpful. Helen, my hygienist, is excellent . I have very sensitive gums and she is super gentle and careful. I will update once I need the dentist... So far I only needed cleaning and x-rays.
Caring professionals from the Dentists to the office staff makes West End my choicefor my whole family. I went to Dr. Klein to fix a broken filling done by another dentist. He was fantastic. Never had a more pleasant experience with dental work. He was very nice, and his work was fast and accurate.
Dr. Klein is wonderful, a true PRO in all aspects. I highly recommend him!
I have been going to Dr. Jeff Sacks and hygienist Helen for years. They have always treated me with great care and professionalism. I make my next appointment at the end of my procedure.I have recommend WED to associates. Dr. Sacks held his office open for 1 associate who was in great pain with an abscess tooth and did not know where to go. He gave her excellent care.
