Everyone was very nice. All of my questions were answered. Was in and out in the time they told me which is great cause like all New Yorkers I hate to wait.
Dr. Owen was very friendly. He picked a Pandora station with music that I liked. There was hardly any pain for the procedure. I would have liked him to explain exactly what he was going to do, since the dentist hadn't described much during my initial appointment (besides saying there would be no drilling). It seemed like Dr. Owen assumed I knew exactly what was happening and knew he only had time to do one side of my mouth, which was actually a complete surprise to me.
