Yes, they made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? Not at all! They exceeded my expectations Is this business handicap-accessible? Absolutely, even the bathrooms are handicap-accessible Was the dental equipment clean? Absolutely! It looked brand new

Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Absolutely! I never have a problem! Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed

TERRIBLE I was charged for a missed appointment as a result of a death in my immediate family- after giving 24+ hours notice! Needless to say, the 10+ patients that recommended them, found it equally as ridiculous and will be leaving with me. Either their receptionist didn't do her job that day or they just have no respect for their patients.

Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Absolutely! I never have a problem! Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes, I'm going tell everyone about them. I absolutely love this place! Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments Did your teeth cleaning feel rushed? No

My teeth cleanings have always been very comfortable, and I've never experienced any pain. They always go above and beyond to make sure I'm relaxed. I really appreciated that they let me rinse every so often during my dental procedure. I've been to other dentists that never let me rinse and its awful. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. No, I didn't notice an odor Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Yes, they seemed very qualified How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited?
