Don't get scammed – 1 Bedrooms yes, spacious no. And I'm not sure if they know what private balconies actually mean. The first few apartments on the left side of the building have a problem with roaches which I'm sure will spread to the rest of this tiny complex. Our unit had problems with mold and even after the manager cleaned the carpets random large black areas continued to grow. Rent at your own risk.
