Great place to live! Excellent maintenance team! Very responsible and caring. Amenities are very impressive and the location is great.
Apartment Manager Chad is the absolute worst you can find ever. He is a nightmare to deal with. Just because of him you should avoid living in this apartment. They will get you in and every year they will increase the rent guaranteed. Service and maintenance is moderate at best. Security is not great. I don't know why I lived there for five years, I guess I was lazy to move. Avoid this place for your own good. This guy Chad has no clue how to respectfully talk to a tenant. I am sure glad I am not staying there anymore.
