RecommendedDr. Hawkins and his staff are absolutely amazing. I will spare you the details, but the work that needed to be done on my cat only a champion Vet could do. My first Vet retired and on his recommendation I went to Dr. Wilkes. When I found out Dr. Wilkes was retiring, I didn't know what to do. A friend recommended Dr. Hawkins and told me he was a wonderful Vet, and that has been proven to me 100%! You could never ask for a more loving team, or a such a knowledgeable Vet than Westside Animal Hospital.

I just want to thank Dr. Hawkins and his staff for making our recent and heartbreaking visits as easy as they possibly could. Last week, we had to say goodbye to our elder pup and the level of compassion towards him during his final moment and also towards my devastated son was greatly needed and much appreciated. Additionally, Dr. Hawkins had to deliver bad news about another of our beloved dogs. Unfortunately, she is quickly succumbing to an untreatable and irreversible disease. Dr. Hawkins and his staff were compassionate and caring when my wife and I had to bring our 15 year old puppy in for evaluation and subsequent euthanasia. Thank you for helping us through an incredibly difficult time. We highly recommend Westside Animal Hospital!
A year ago today, we took Ozzy in to meet with Dr. Hawkins for the first time. I just knew deep down that something was off and he wasn’t as healthy as the first vet had said while he was in Foster. There was just too much going on with him..... little did we know he had quite the hill to climb to get healthy again. If it weren’t for Dr. Hawkins, our baby wouldn’t be with us today. I don’t have pets but do know that dr Hawkins is a very dedicated individual and has integrity.
Westside has fantastic customer service and Dr. Hawkins has successfully treated my dogs for several different ailments - even some strange and scary ones. Most importantly, my dogs love coming to the vet!!!
My family and I have had nothing short of a wonderful experience from Westside Animal Hospital. Our 8 year old family dog developed a lump over a very short period of time. When we contacted the facility we were able to get her seen immediately. The next day to be exact. We called several facilities prior to and were told it would be several weeks before she could’ve been seen.
