I submitted a claim through american home shield and american home shield, determined that it was not part of the main structure. I still wanted my heater fixed, so so I asked westside to continue service. They told me it would be another eighty five dollars.Even though american home shield paint them for the first service call. I just don't understand why they would charge me again. When the first technicians that came out, knew nothing about that, how to fix what I need done.
By far, one of the worst experiences I have had. They were recommended via American Homeshield to us to repair an AC unit. Someone has to explain to me why Freon goes out within two months of the previous service call that they did. We’ve attempted to contact them multiple times and received no response. This is poor customer service at its best. I’ve made it clear to American Homeshield to NEVER have them respond to another service call at my home.
I recently had my AC installed by Westside Air Conditioning, and the service was outstanding. The technicians were prompt, professional, and highly knowledgeable. They explained the entire process clearly and ensured everything was installed to the highest standards. The team was courteous, leaving the workspace clean and tidy.
