I filed a claim for my air conditioner with American Home Shield, and they chose to send this company; the service from Kim—the person who answers the phone—was the worst. It took them 14 days to order and install the motor, and they didn't care about the temperatures we have here in El Paso. I hope American Home Shield stops working with them, or at least that the owners start putting some effort into their work; the only polite person was the technician.
