Health Care system is broken. Called right at 8am to make appointment...on hold, 34th in line waited 50 minites to speak to someone. Told them slipped at pool 4 toes and foot badly bruised, numb and swollen. Told them possible foot/toes broken. She took my name and number and said I would get a phone call later with an appointment. Day 3 now and no phone call back. Something's wrong with this!?!!
Has everything in this medical center
Called this morning to get some forms to be filled by doctor and I was the first one to call when they open and now they said we are fully booked for today and tomorrow call other clinics to get it done. They all are same. This healthcare system is broken and no one cares. Great job by this government.
I don’t even want to give a rating but it wouldn’t let me write a review. I want to ask the management what kind of receptionist did they put upfront. I visited with my 2 yr old daughter with severe pain in her ear and she didn’t even let us set a foot and started saying in very rude way. That we don’t have doctors and no appointments, I mean are you serious. First you are not providing service and the least someone can expect empathy and softness. Pathetic lady in front.
