They took us in for an urgent issue on short notice, super friendly and personable staff. You can tell they really love animals!
Dr Klein was able to fit us in for puppy vaccinations last minute 3 years ago and we've been taking all three of our pets here ever since. The clinic allows us to book our routine checkups with the cats together so it's easier on us and helps us manage their anxiety so they get full checkups.They've also fit us in last minute for emergencies and follow ups over the years. Both cats had dental surgery and our dog neutered here and they couldn't have been more helpful and communicative about each procedure.
I was grateful they fit me in for a last minute appointment for my dog that was not feeling well. I asked for an x-ray i was only offered bloodwork , everything was normal and i was sent home with Medicam. The vet had no idea what the issue was and could not even give me an idea The dog can’t walk and needed an x-ray so i had to go to another clinic which was more successful
