Beautiful campus, next to a walking trail. Clean and decent enough neighbors. Management was horrible. As far as apartments go, it you don't have good management, you have nothing. It seems like they're penny pinching for profits and not taking care of the customer. As a landlord myself now, I do not treat my tenants like such. For some reason the water bill is off the charts.
