I had a bad experience this week at this practice. First, my appointment was scheduled for 8 AM, but it wasn’t until 7:49 AM that I received a message from the office instructing me to message them once I arrived and to stay in my car until I was notified to come in. The problem here is that there is very poor reception generally in this area ( at least with AT&T) and there was no cell phone reception in their parking lot when I got there.
