What doctor personally calls their patient the eve of surgery just to assure them they are in good hands? Dr Westphal does. Great doctor. I had total knee replacement surgery in January and had a great experience. Wouldnâ??t go anywhere else.
I had 1 partial knee replacement by Dr. Westphal and was so pleased I went back shortly after to get my other one done. I have to say it was life changing and by that I mean I am back to my old self. I am able to do all the activities I love to do, pain free. I feel confident and have recommended Dr. Westphal to other people. Great team. They make you feel like you are number one. My rehab will tell that I made the right decision to go with Dr Westphal and his great crew of people.
Dr. Westphal and the entire staff are excellent. Patient care is first rate, each step of the visits and surgery were explained and time was taken to answer any and all questions. This is personalized medicine as it should be, you are not treated as a number but as a person with respect, and the utmost care!

Staff at Westphalia is great from Joe right thru to Ashley and Sam. Carl is pretty good to to yeah I like them all. Just wish the office was up in Berks County tho
When you call for an appointment, you are made to feel that your problems are important and addressed immediately. The staff are definately the friendliest people I have ever interacted with at a doctors office. My problems were explained to me in a language I could understand by Dr. Westphal. The options are now up to me.
Dr Westphal and his staff are as great as their reputation. He is what you would hope for in an expert orthopedic specialist and surgeon. The Doctor and his assistants are caring and thoughtful.
